Ami Shavit: In Alpha Mood, Electronic Music from 1977, The research exhibition was created as part of the survey series “Masterpieces in Israeli Art,” initiated by Marcel Art Projects in 2013. A prominent representative of kinetic sculpture in Israel in the 1960s and 1970s, Ami Shavit abandoned kinetic art and turned to experimental projects, using cutting edge technologies for the time. In recent years, his 1977 electronic album In Alpha Mood has garnered renewed interest and is displayed in the Misdaron Gallery as part of Musrara Mix festival.
